The females of the Congo should be armed. Something was invented recently called Rape-Axe to grab the offending organ in a rape scenario without letting go until the release mechanism is activated. It was, of course, invented by a woman. These clever devices, on one hand, should be standard issue to girls in the Congo. On the other hand, the cowards rape in packs and should a rape victim be wearing a Rape-Axe, while her one rapist is clutching his dick in despair, his rape victim would be killed by his cowardly cohorts. Where are the rest of the men in this country? Better question, why are women in Africa allowing themselves and daughters to be victims? They have to fight back and be supported to do so.
