Target and Best Buy Support Extremist Homophobic Politicians

Target is supporting a Minnesota candidate to the tune of $150,000 who supports a group that encourages the execution of gays. Best Buy contributed an undisclosed amount to the same candidate. If that doesn't offend you, it should. Please pay your cards off and don't use them anymore. There is more to it than just saving a dollar. I remember my father honoring boycotts for causes and I don't even see boycotts anymore. Nobody stands up for anything anymore and these businesses with their bigoted policies and beliefs count on it. They count on cheapskates who don't look past the dollar. While they were being taught how to be cheap, I was being taught that things mattered. To those of you who are only looking at the sales flyer, I say, Stop being so damned cheap! Think about your daughters and sons and how little these companies think of people while you're shopping.

They'll Take Our Money Any Way They Can Get It

The GOP is singing the blues to the tune of "We Need More Donations" even though the election is over. I have a news alert set to find out what's going on in Minnesota and at the very top of my screen when I went to read the last update on how many ballots have been counted and whether or not they are even going to bother counting the disqualified absentee ballots of some voters, the ass kissing reads: "Our GOP candidates facing runoffs and recounts need your immediate support to win these critical contests. Please make a secure online contribution right now to help us provide the resources they need to prevail in these battles. Thank you."

Eeew. My fingers feel dirty even having typed it. How is money going to help them now? Or are they just figuring out that no one will be bribing them if they are no longer in office and will need to supplement their income somehow? The GOP is asking the people they know have less money than they do and are absolutely okay with that, for cash. That's almost as ridiculous as the Catholic Church asking for their ten percent cut.

You lost, GOP. Enough people figured out your scam and decided to get rid of you. Move on and get over it.
