It isn't bad enough to lose our soldiers by enemy fire in the war we should never have started against people who never did anything to harm us, we have our own selfish, crooked contractors once owned by our selfish, crooked politicians electrocuting our soldiers in the shower and other "safe" places on their own base. There have been eighteen avoidable electrocutions among our troops since 2003. Did you know that? Well, now you do and what are you going to do about it? Why do we have so many Texas-based contractors involved in this war, and why do they all lead back to Halliburton, Dick Cheney, and the Bush family without the American people getting angry enough to get rid of the people making all the money off this war they can before leaving office? When they do finally leave office, if they don't leave in handcuffs, it is the greatest injustice in history. Bush is going to sign pardons for himself and the rest of his administration before he leaves office. They will be blanket pardons to cover anything they may have done or will still do that cannot be overturned if they leave office without being impeached. We're Mad As Hell And We're Not Gonna Take It Anymore

Where is the public outcry that can not be ignored by the media? Of course the media is running scared from Washington's power-hungry administration, but they are not really keeping anything from the American people, are they? So why are we allowing it? There have been a few marches for impeachment, but they do no good if the media refuses to notice. We have to force them to notice and more importantly, broadcast. The rest of the world is paying attention and as embarrassing as that is, we could use it to our advantage. They still have a free press like we used to have. That is just one of the many things we've lost by having Bush in the White House and does that not get you angry enough to fight to get it back? Bush has changed our Constitution, that 'goddamned piece of paper' as he calls it -- a document designed by worthy individuals far more intelligent than the current inhabitant of the White House, and he feels he knows better than they? And just how did he get in the White House? It is no secret that the election was manipulated, yet we allowed him to claim victory, backing down and silencing ourselves when he and his minions cried "conspiracy" in response to our arguments. He redesigned the Supreme Court to vote his way much like his restructuring of the Justice Department represents political loyalty over justice. His signing statements have suspiciously disallowed future retribution for any findings of misdeeds committed by Bush and his closest defenders. Surely such disallowance would not have been necessary were the parties involved not guilty of prosecutable offenses and awareness of such. With the exaggeration of weapons of mass destruction to invade Iraq, warrantless wiretapping, torture of detainees, suspension of habeas corpus, secret CIA prisons, Dubai port deal, dismissal of eight more-than-competent U.S. Attorneys, cover-up of Pat Tillman's death by friendly fire, Blackwater's killing of innocent Iraqis, destruction of CIA video tapes, and false claims to prepare for invasion of Iran; the list of offenses of this crooked administration is ever-growing, but the only response we seem to deserve from this president is his fury over the "leaks to the press". The leaks, surely capable of letting "the enemy" know exactly what they need to know to finish us off is the only thing warranting punishment as far as Bush is concerned. The American people are angry, but short of the occasional march, blogging, complaining, and forwarding emails, we have done nothing to get rid of this lying, stupid, alcoholic, draft dodging, president and vice president. We need to get off our lazy asses and demand he leaves office immediately, taking what is left of his staff with him. Bush is a war criminal and should be treated as such. Cheney is a war criminal. Rumsfeld is a war criminal. Why are you still sitting there?

Liar Liar Pants On Fire

Bush has been using his old "Iraq has weapons of mass destruction" routine, tweaked a little bit to reflect Iran, saying they have been developing a "nuclear program", trying to scare the American people into supporting his views that will lead to another unnecessary, catastrophic war. It is learned that Bush was made aware of new intelligence data in August that Iran's nuclear efforts have not advanced since 2003, while he claims he did not know what that information was. Frankly, even if I believed anything this particular president ever said, and I do not, I would not trust any leader who would not make an effort to be apprised of important information especially regarding a country with which war was being considered. Of course he is lying -- again -- but even if he was telling the truth, he should be removed from office for ineptness. Does anyone else find the sloppy "I didn't know" excuse anything less than offensive, insulting, and contemptible?

I'm not even going to get my hopes up that this dishonest president will be impeached for lying to the American people once again to start another war he knows to be unnecessary. Why would it happen now when he survived the election fraud evidence, the Downing Street memo, the outing of Valarie Plame, the warrantless wiretapping of Americans, secret CIA prisons, the political firing of U.S. Attorneys, allowing torture of detainees, Blackwater, etc? Our troops should have been called home the moment evidence proving Bush sent them to war knowing there were no weapons of mass destruction and impeachment proceedings begun immediately.

Impeachment Would Be Good For The Economy

With Dumbya in the White House, gas prices have increased to higher levels than they have ever been and a bag of groceries is more expensive than the average family can afford. Five dollars for a gallon of milk and ten dollars for a bag of diapers is not reasonable pricing for the minimum wage paycheck Congress had to fight so hard to secure after so many years with no increase. It is hard for the average working family to understand why this president is so willing to cut taxes for the super rich, leaving the middle class to disappear from existence.

It has not all been prices that have increased since Dumbya fixed the 2000 election. No, unemployment has risen, bankruptcies have increased, the housing market has seen record numbers of foreclosures, religious incentives paid for by tax dollars have seen a worthiness of stupidity the world has not seen since the myths of the bible were first put in print, and the crime rate has exceeded the expectations of all.

The crimes of racial and sexual inequity have reflected the president's racist and homophobic views through the laws, courts, perpetrators and law enforcement alike; sometimes the former and the latter being one and the same. The police are ready to question anyone who looks different than they themselves, using racial profiling as an accepted mode of behavior with tasers and pistols at the ready in the absence of reason and tolerance.
